1/2 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello
1 oz. Scotch
1/2 oz. Drambuie Scotch Whiskey

Pour into a scotch glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

2 oz. Citrus Vodka
1 oz.Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello
1 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Lemon Juice

Shake with ice and strain into chilled sugar rimmed cocktail glass.

Seventy Eight C Spirits Limoncello Lemon Crush

Limoncello Sunrise
1 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello
3 oz. orange juice
1 dash Grenadine

Stir limoncello and orange juice with ice and strain into chilled old-fashioned glass. Top with a splash of grenadine.



Miss Jones
1.5 oz. Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello
1 oz. Lemon Juice

Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon slice.



Renaissance
1.3 oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 oz. Brandy
0.33 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello
2 dashes Peach Bitters

Stir with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.



The Lemony Snicker Cocktail
2.5 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello
1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 Lemon Juice

Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.



Limoncello Cupcakes
Cupcakes
1 box Betty Crocker™ Supermoist™ white cake mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cups Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello
1/3 cups vegetable oil
3 egg whites
1 medium lemon Grate peel and juice

Frosting
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cups butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello

Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or non stick pan). Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular size muffin cups. In large bowl, beat cupcake ingredients with electric mixer on low speed 40 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
2. Bake 18-23 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling rack.
3. In large bowl, beat cream chees and butter on medium speed until light and fluffy. On low speed, beat in powdered sugar and Limoncello until mixed; beat on medium speed until fluffy. Frost cupcakes, mounding and swirling frosting in center.
4. Garnish with lemon slices if desired. Store covered in refrigerator.


Seventy Eight C Spirits Limoncello Cupcakes

Joan's Limontini
1/2 oz. (1 part) Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello
3 oz. (6 parts) Gin or Vodka

Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled martini cocktail glass. Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink, or garnish with olive.



Defiant Limoncello
2 oz. Defiant Whiskey
3 oz. Royal Jamaican Ginger beer
2 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello or Jalapeño Limoncello

Combine all ingredients in an ice filled highball glass and stir. Garnish with lemon slice.



Spicy Palmer
3 oz. Sweet Tea Vodka
1 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Jalapeño Limoncello
3 oz. lemonade

Combine all ingredients in an ice filled highball glass and stir.



Blood Orangecello Margarita
1 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Blood Orangecello
1 oz. Fresh orange juice

Combine the ingredients and serve on the rocks or frozen.



Blood Orangecello Martini
1.5 oz. Vodka
0.5 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Blood Orangecello

Combine the ingredients and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with an orange slice or orange peel.



Jamaican Blood Orange Tini
0.5 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Blood Orangecello
1.5 oz. Dark Rum
0.25 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Fresh Orange

Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. Garnish with orange wheel.

Blood Orange Apertivo
1 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Blood Orangecello
1 oz. Campari

Add both ingredients to Collins glass, add ice, and then top with Soda Water. Garnish with fresh orange zest.

Margarita
1.5 oz. Anejo Tequila
0.5 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Blood Orangecello
0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
0.25 oz. Agave Nectar
0.25 oz. Cointreau

Add all ingredients to shaker. Shake vigorously, strain into Old Fashioned Glass over 1 glass sized block of ice.

Kick Me Up
1 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Jalapeno Limoncello
0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3 slices Fresh Jalapeno

Add all ingredients into shaker. Shake vigorously, strain into rocks glass, top off with Soda Water and splash of Ginger ale. Garnish with Jalapeno slice and lemon wheel.

Whiskey Flame
1.5 oz. Rye Whiskey
0.5 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Jalapeno Limoncello
0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon
0.25 oz. Cointreau
2 slices Fresh Jalapeno

Add all ingredients in shaker. Shake and strain into Old Fashioned glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and Jalapeno slice.

Perfect Lemon Drop
1 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello
0.5 oz. Vodka
0.75 oz. Cointreau
Fresh Lemon juice (add until balanced)

Rim martini glass with brown sugar. Then add all ingredients into shaker, shake vigorously, strain and garnish with sugar covered lemon wheel.

1 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello
1 Bar spoon Luxardo
2 dashes Hopped Grapefruit bitters
0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
Splash of soda water

Combine first 4 ingredients, shake vigorously. Pour into cocktail glass, add soda.

0.75 oz. Vodka
2 dashes Orange bitters
1 oz. Cranberry juice
Squeeze of fresh lime

Add all ingredients to shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into cocktail glass, add squeeze of fresh lime.

Combine Brandy and Blood Orangecello and shake. Strain into Champagne Flute. Top with Cava.

0.5 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Jalapeño Limoncello
0.5 oz. Orange Liqueur
0.5 oz. Fresh lemon juice

Shake all ingredients and top with fresh jalapeño and cherry.

Seven Lemons in Heaven
1 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello
1 1/2 oz. Covington Sweet Potato Vodka
1 1/2 oz. sour mix
1 oz. orgeat syrup
1/2 oz. key lime juice
1 oz. vanilla simple syrup
1/2 oz. evaporated milk

Combine all in shaker and shake for 1 full minute. Pour in rocks glass, garnish with poppy seeds and enjoy a little bit of Carolina summer time in a glass.

1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Seventy Eight °C Spirits Limoncello

Add Blue Curacao to cordial glass. Carefully add the limoncello by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
